Many people refer to the ‘summer slowdown’, but the past few weeks have been anything but slow here at Joyned! It’s been a very busy time for the team and what’s more, we’ve got some exciting news that we couldn’t wait to share with you.
Firstly, we’re thrilled to announce that Joyned has been shortlisted for not one, but two awards at this year’s Travolution Awards! These are: Best Technology Product and Disruptor of the Year. We’re honored to be among the top industry leaders who are bringing the travel sector into the modern digital age.
The Travolution Awards is the largest annual celebration of the talent and achievements in the online travel sector in the UK and beyond. As the judging panel is tasked with selecting the best among hundreds of entries, we’re even more pleased that ours has been shortlisted. And we look forward to the awards ceremony that takes place on November 20 in London. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
What’s more, we’d like to extend a warm welcome to our new VP of Marketing, Michael Avni. Michael will be responsible for our marketing strategy and brings a wealth of experience in leading global growth and business development initiatives.
Here’s what he had to say about his recent appointment: “My main goal is to build deep cooperation between sales, operations, and marketing teams, on which a performance-oriented marketing culture will be established, focusing on customer success, ensuring our success as well”.
