Sales Development Representative

Joyned has developed a Saas solution that helps merchants deliver a shopping experience that sparks joy. We’re helping merchants leverage their shopper’s natural engagement for better business results, by allowing their shoppers to have a joyned shopping session, live, on-site, in real-time.

As our SDR, you will:

  • Create new opportunities with prospective clients and interact with them via phone and email.
  • Represent our company’s service, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Meet and exceed your monthly quota of qualified demo calls and sales meetings generation
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps


Y
our Daily and Monthly Responsibilities will be:

  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop relationships with important stakeholders
  • Compose briefs and market research
  • Seeking and generating new sales opportunities through Cold Calls and emailing
  • Utilizing HubSpot and other prospecting tools

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR/BDR
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Strong desire and ability to achieve targets
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-motivation and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Experience working with Linkedin Sales Navigator and Hubspot – a plus
