Joyned has developed a SaaS solution that helps merchants deliver a shopping experience that sparks joy. We’re helping merchants leverage their shopper’s natural engagement for better business results, by allowing their shoppers to have a joyned shopping session, live, on-site, in real-time.

We are looking for someone with proven success in B2B sales and team management to lead and develop our entire sales team.

Here’s What You’ll do:

  • Lead and build a fast-growing inside sales team.

  • Design and own a SaaS B2B sales cycle and pipe.

  • Recruit, train, monitor, and lead every salesperson in the team.

  • Lead sales cycles from target to closing.

What you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in leading and grooming a sales team
  • 2+ years of experience in a global sales team, working with the US and EMEA
  • Founder experience – an advantage
