Joyned has developed a Saas solution that helps merchants deliver a shopping experience that sparks joy. We’re helping merchants leverage their shopper’s natural engagement for better business results, by allowing their shoppers to have a joyned shopping session, live, on-site, in real-time.
We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager.

- How to create a perfect Customer Success team workflow
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS company
- 2+ years of experience managing customer success teams
- Experience working with customers from the eCommerce field – Advantage
- English – Fluent
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up
- A passionate leader who’s whose enthusiasm about Costumer Success is contagious
